CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) for NSW

The CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualification is for senior property professionals and those wishing to move into senior positions.

The Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualification contains twelve (12) Units of Competency.  If you have been working in the property industry, you will already have the knowledge and skills that are covered in this training program.  The purpose of this higher level qualification is to provide you with advanced skills relating to the management and operation of a property business, not simply the functions of selling or managing properties.

The minimum entry requirements for the Diploma course are that you hold the qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and have held your Class 2 real estate licence for 2 years and be currently employed in the real estate industry.

The 12 Units of Competency required to obtain the necessary skill set and achieve the CPP51122 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) are:

  3. CPPREP5003    Manage ethical practice in the property industry

  6. CPPREP5006    Manage operational finances in the property industry

  7. CPPREP5007    Develop a strategic business plan in the property industry

  1. BSBHRM524    Coordinate workforce plan implementation

  2. BSBHRM528    Coordinate remuneration and employee benefits

  3. BSBHRM612 Contribute to the development of employee and industrial relations strategies

  4. BSBLDR522       Manage people performance

  5. BSBLDR602       Provide leadership across the organisation
