Assistant Agent CPD for NSW


It is a requirement under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 that all certificate of registration holders (assistant real estate) must complete at a minimum at least 3 units each CPD year from a valid Certificate IV qualification CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and become a Class 2 licence holder by the 4th year.
