Successful completion of our CPPREP41419 Certificate IV course will allow you to apply to NSW Fair Training to become a licensed Class 2 Real Estate Agent. We offer expert support to students allowing them to gain the comprehensive knowledge and skills required to excel in the Real Estate Industry. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Statement Of Attainment.

Specific requirements are you must have held your Assistant Agent certificate for 12 months before you can complete Certificate IV in Real Estate practice.

If you have worked in real estate you may be eligible to receive Recognition Of Prior Learning  our RPL assessment will determine how much of your industry experience is able to be recognised as prior learning towards the allocated units.
