R.E.A.L Experienced Trainers
Stephen Borg, Founder and CEO of Real Estate Academy of Learning, has been actively involved in the Real Estate Industry for over 35 years and has owned and operated five agencies in NSW, two of which were in the top 10 L.J.Hooker offices in Australia.

As an accredited trainer with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to REAL, a natural teacher and mentor with his delivery of all Real Estate courses, they have been extremely well received.
​
Steve has been involved in training real estate agents for over 30 years, in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and New Zealand and also has assisted in the setting up of training for L.J.Hooker in India.
​
Alicia Borg, Operations Manager of REAL, is an accredited trainer with a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Alicia is a passionate and inspiring trainer dedicated to making the learning experience a rewarding and pleasurable one.​​
