QLD Real Estate Agent Licence


A Real Estate Agent Licence issued by QLD Fair Trading authorises you to work as a licensed real estate agent in sales, leasing, business broking, or stock and station roles, as well as manage your own agency.

To qualify, you must complete 19 units of competency. Successfully completing the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice this fulfills the educational requirements for applying for a Real Estate Licence with QLD Fair Trading.
