A Real Estate Agent Licence issued by QLD Fair Trading authorises you to work as a licensed real estate agent in sales, leasing, business broking, or stock and station roles, as well as manage your own agency.

To qualify, you must complete 19 units of competency. Successfully completing the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice this fulfills the educational requirements for applying for a Real Estate Licence with QLD Fair Trading.

16. CPPREP4506 - Manage off-site and lone worker safety in real estate

17. CPPREP5006 - Manage operational finances in the property industry

18. CPPREP5010 - Manage customer service activities in the property industry

19. CPPREP4503 - Present at hearings in real estate​
